Tour Detail:
We reserve the right to alter or change the nature of any advertised trips at any time, to add or remove trips from the schedule or vary the schedule and /or timetable without notice.
Medical conditions and restrictions:
Passengers must be fit and able to travel with us. The skipper may refuse boarding in certain circumstances. In such cases refunds are not guaranteed and will be solely at our discretion. Please note that all boats can experience unpredictable movements that can aggravate existing medical conditions. You must inform us before booking of any conditions, disabilities or injuries, especially back/bone conditions as they may be unsuitable for these type of boats. We will advise you as best we can but as we are not medical experts the decision as to whether to sail will be entirely at your risk, a medical disclaimer will be supplied in such cases. Our RIBs (rigid inflatable boats) are unsuitable for anyone who is pregnant.
Clothing:
All passengers should wear suitable clothing to board our vessels. The skipper may refuse boarding if you are not suitably dressed and in such an event no refund will be given, and in the case of a voucher it will become invalid.
On Board:
Please take notice of informed safety procedures. Passengers must stay seated and should not move around unless advised by the crew of periods when careful movement is permitted. If the skipper permits moving around, passengers must proceed with caution and pay attention to avoid trips and/or falls.
Personal belongings, clothes, food and equipment of any kind: You are more than welcome to things like bring cameras and bags containing personal effects, but please be advised, this is at your own risk. We cannot be held responsible for any damage that could occur by bringing such items aboard, this includes water damage. It is recommended to secure these in a waterproof bag.
Photos etc.:
We reserve the right on occasion to take photographs taken on one of our trips for use in our own publicity
Cancellations and rescheduling:
Any failure of a payment will invalidate any booking. We reserve the right to cancel, delay or reschedule trips without warning for commercial or logistical reasons. If we cancel for any reason for example due to weather then we will either offer an alternative date or a refund. If you give us 7 days or more notice (from the day of your sailing) of a cancellation we will offer 90% of the price paid as a refund (this is the same for part cancellations i.e. 1 out of 3 tickets).Any less than 7 days notice from the time of sailing will result in no refunds given and vouchers will become invalid. This includes any cancellations for illness and COVID-19. Any requests for rescheduling from passengers must also be given with 7 days notice of your scheduled trip, any less than this we are unable to make changes.
Arrival:
The time given for your trip is the sailing time not boarding time. You must allow plenty of time to check in at our booking office All passengers MUST arrive at our booking office half an hour prior to the scheduled departure time as our boats are bound by tidal constraints and must leave on time. Passengers must be ready to board their vessels 15 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time. Because of this we are not able to hold boats for late passengers. If you miss your vessel because you are late then no refund will be given. In the case of a voucher it will become invalid. We reserve the right to resell any tickets if you have not arrived 15 minutes prior to sailing.
Fishing trip equipment:
we have been experiencing a lot of unnecessary damage to our equipment recently as such we have had to introduce a charge of £25 for a broken rod and £50 for broken reel
Gift Vouchers:
Gift vouchers can only be valid until the date specified. You must contact our us to book your trip.
Misc:
You must not board whilst intoxicated in any form. You are responsible for your own conduct and for the conduct of anyone you have actual or implied responsibility over. The skipper has the right to refuse boarding in certain circumstances, refunds are not guaranteed and will be solely at our discretion and vouchers may become invalid. Unfortunately we are unable to guarantee the nature of the wildlife sightings on any given tour. The sea is a dangerous and ever changing environment and all adventurous activities carry certain risks that cannot be ignored. We do not, therefore, accept any responsibility for any events or incidents occurring outside our control. If you have any doubts, or concerns please contact our office staff, they will do their best to answer any questions that you may have at this time. In the event that a lifejacket is inflated by a passenger without the skippers advisement this will incur a charge of £25 for servicing. We reserve the right to change or amend these terms and conditions, without notice at any time. Any changes or amendments made will take immediate effect and supersede any previous terms and conditions, it is therefore up to the passengers to revisit terms and conditions before sailing to ensure you are up-to-date
